About

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Licensed Addictions Counselor specializing in adolescent mental health, substance use prevention and intervention, and system-wide approaches to youth wellness.

My work spans both direct support for adolescents and families and consulting with schools, districts, and youth-serving organizations to design and implement coordinated, sustainable systems that improve outcomes for young people.

In my clinical work, I support adolescents and families navigating anxiety, stress, substance use, and other addictive behaviors, including the impact of technology and digital environments. I work collaboratively with young people and their caregivers to build insight, strengthen relationships, and develop the skills needed for lasting growth and change.

I also partner with schools and organizations to address the broader systems impacting youth, including leading prevention and intervention initiatives, supporting efforts to reduce exclusionary discipline, and securing and managing multi-million dollar grant funding to expand student wellness services.

With leadership experience at the district, county, and federal levels, I bring both clinical insight and operational expertise—supporting individuals and families while designing systems that sustain that support over time.

how I approach this work

I take a collaborative, relationship-centered approach grounded in both clinical expertise and real-world systems experience. Whether working with an adolescent, a family, or a school or district team, my focus is on creating practical, sustainable change that meets people where they are and supports meaningful growth over time.

I believe meaningful change happens when both individuals and the systems around them are aligned, supporting young people with clarity, consistency, and connection. My work is rooted in building trust, strengthening capacity, and helping both individuals and organizations move forward with intention and purpose.
